never seen anyone want to spend time to research their BPCs but it makes sense i guess. if you have the capital and can wait for your BPCs to be refined and then produce them down the road i think it would have a positive effect on tech II product...

the op is simply trying to fix eve's primary PVP problem, which is compared to other mmos the area in which pvp takes place is very very small and their is almost always a door to the pvp room (gate and station).
